Yes. We highly recommend maintaining a major medical insurance policy or sharing plan to cover catastrophic events, hospitalizations, surgeries, specialist care, and expensive imaging or medications.

We can accept Medicare patients; however, we do not bill Medicare for our services. You will need to sign a private contract acknowledging that our services are billed directly to you and cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.

Medical licensing laws require the patient to be physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of the telehealth visit. Currently, we can provide telehealth for members located within Maryland.

We never rush. Standard follow-up appointments are 30 to 60 minutes, while comprehensive annual physicals and initial onboarding visits are scheduled for 90 to 120 minutes to ensure every concern is addressed thoroughly.
